1348 N 29th Street. I went to see the property and the first question I was asked with a smirk, ( Where do you work at?) As to say I couldn't afford $850.00 per month because of my outfit.
This experience was humiliating. I was degraded, yelled and cursed at. All for trying to act like an adult. He's very immature and rude.
I could go on and on. But you should never judge a book buy it's cover!

Home listed is undervalued by you!
We live in a very unique area in south Florida.
Our Hypoluxo Island is between mega mansions on the ocean in Manalapan and Lantana/Lake Worrh across the intracoastal side. Our home is plated Point Manalapan and Trulia has comped us with considerably lesser homes across the area.
This needs to be adjusted as homes up and down the intracoastal coast are exceedingly higher than what you have assessed ours for.

Application fee
Went to put in application and paid the application fee but couldn't finish and submit the application. They took my application fee.
It's been 2 weeks.
They refuse to call me back, email me back and it's absolutely impossible to get a human on the phone. So, in a sense, they stole $35 from me, which for me is 2 days of eating, and have yet to be able to turn application in.

Wrong description
Put my home on the market Monday. Your site says my home is in "foreclosure".
This is untrue and can be verified through my bank. My home also has no liens on it. On my realtors website REMAX, it does not say "foreclosure".
This incorrect information may cost me a potential buyer. What needs to be done to remove "foreclosure"

Calling several times feel very rejected by landlord both myself and husband interested in 854 Eva Akron
You can also contact them online. Seems shady that they can’t list cooling, heating, pets, parking, fees, deposit and laundry info.
It all says contact manager. It’s nice looking in/out and priced right.
I’d be very careful signing anything. Make sure any utilities that are your responsibility are spelled out in lease.

Home price is reflecting as if it has been increased which is not accurate
The property listing at 888 West E Street 504 in San Diego, CA 92101 shows on your site that the price was increased from the original listing price. That is not accurate.
Your site takes the previous sales price and then reflects a price increase with the new listing asking price.
Please correct this issue. This is the only site that feeds from the MLS with this issue.

False advertising
Ive used this website to search for properties to rent at least 12 of them and the pictures that landlords and real estate agents are putting on your website or 15 to 25 years old theyre not a accurate or true representation of the properties condition at all it is a travesty and a waste of time.
Preferred solution: I would like to get some honest representations of some of these properties that are being rented for example, a $900 a month dump. Should have a picture of a dump. Not a nice place that looks good in clean.
