They ignore every phone call for anything to be fixed. They have hired an attorney to wrongfully evict me. I have done nothing wrong. I take that back; she said she was evicting me because we have wind chimes and because we smoke on the property.

My partner and I don't even smoke. We got a new place to move into, and she told the new landlord negative things about us, so we lost that home to rent. We found another home; she then wrote a formal complaint to Windermere stating bad things about us that are not true. The definition of character goes a long way.

I lost that home as well. She wants us out of her rental, but she is sabotaging us every step we take. She overcharged me every month $409 while having a contract with housing to charge me less. If we did not pay that amount of $26.50 a month, we would be kicked out.

We have a complaint with Fair Housing about discrimination because she stated she only wants her kind of people in her rentals. She is from Ukraine; we are Americans, so there you go, and we're not good enough. She said that we are poor for being on housing and can't afford things. She is more fortunate than we are.

We may be on housing, and I may have a little bit of a memory problem, but I can guarantee you I am not stupid. Now she has an attorney bullying us in the same manner. If you don't sign her contract, she will not work with us and will not give us cash for keys when she promised $10,300 to begin with and moving expenses. We told her from day one we cannot move; we cannot afford it.

She said she would pay for it; she just wants us out for no reason. I have always paid rent on time, never missed rent, and have no violations. She went to the extreme to have the Ukrainian neighbors in the duplex I'm in harass me to the point where my service dog will no longer do his job and work. I need help.

Where do I go to the law? She keeps sabotaging us. I don't know where to turn. She states to get out, but she won't let us go.

Her attorney will not respond to me; however, he also tells me not to respond or talk to his clients, the landlords. Then who do I turn to? I have questions, comments, complaints, but nobody answers my questions. I have deadlines, and now I'm stuck without an attorney facing an attorney that's in this type of practice.

This is not fair by any means. Then she says she's going to sell the unit with intent to sell and then move somebody in next door. How does that work? Lots of questions need answers.
