Home price is reflecting as if it has been increased which is not accurate

False advertising
Preferred solution: I would like to get some honest representations of some of these properties that are being rented for example, a $900 a month dump. Should have a picture of a dump. Not a nice place that looks good in clean.

Fraud
Payments, ie numerous payments required, all non refundable, deposits and prorated rent for the month of July, with a move in date of Friday, July 6th at 2pm, to get keys. We paid for the electricity to be turned and water and WiFi as well, at our new rental house, in Irmo, SC.
For a week before our move in, we tried emailing, texting and calling and got NO RESPONSE!! They, American Ave Property management, were no where to be found! All of our apartment is packed and we rented a trailer, we gave proper notice of moving out to our apartment complex. We will be homeless due to the American Ave, which we found on Trulia, a company we felt comfortable using and that we could trust that they would not allow a fraudulent company to advertise on their website.
We are out of $2000 and our move out date is July 18th and we will be homeless. I am graduating nursing school in 3 weeks and the added stress this has caused us is immense! I have to study for my NCLEX, like a board for RNs. Now Im completely stressed and depressed!
We filed a police report and have a case number, but what we want, is to move into the house we signed a lease contract for 2 years!! The power and water is already on there, IN OUR NAME!! TRULIA, you should be ashamed of yourself! We are praying that you will right the wrong, that you were a part of by not researching the companies you advertise!!

Preferred solution: We would like the house we rented and paid for. But if that isn’t possible, I would like to be refunded ALL my deposits, rent, various deposits, etc monies. We will need money for a short term rental. So an additional $2000 to the $2000 we paid.

You can also contact them online. Seems shady that they can’t list cooling, heating, pets, parking, fees, deposit and laundry info.
It all says contact manager. It’s nice looking in/out and priced right.
I’d be very careful signing anything. Make sure any utilities that are your responsibility are spelled out in lease.
